Gregory DeSaye, Chairman

Greg is a founding partner of FMI since its inception in 1979. His primary focus is working with the senior managers and vice presidents at FMI to implement FMI’s business strategy, and he remains actively involved in the information technology department in improving the analytics and operating platform for the business. From 1974 to 1977, Greg held various sales and management positions with WTC Air Freight Company. From 1977 to 1979, he held the position of fashion manager for Burlington Northern.

Robert O’Neill, CEO

Bob joined FMI in 1989 as Vice President Sales and Marketing and became its President in 2005. Mr. O’Neill’s primary responsibilities include developing and maintaining key client relationships as well as planning, implementing and controlling the marketing function at FMI. From 1980 to 1988, he held various sales and operations positions with H & M International Transportation, Inc., OOCL Steamship Lines and Streichler North River Terminals.

Robert A. Agresti, President

Bob is a founding partner of Maritime Holdings and Summit International Logistics. He has over 18 years of experience in marine transportation as a director and officer of logistics, ocean carrier, marine insurer, and terminal facilities. He is the former Executive Vice President and General Manager, North American Trades, P&O Nedlloyd Limited, North America and the co-head of Royal P&O Nedlloyd’s North American operations. Bob was responsible for all ocean, terminal, asset and logistics acquisitions of Royal P&O Nedlloyd in North America. As head of Trades, he successfully led the North American Trades to their best financial results helping the company to exceed financial market expectations. He also advised P&O Nedlloyd in the acquisition of Royal P&O Nedlloyd by A.P. Moller/Maersk, including on Hart-Scott Rodino and CFUIS, and served as a member of the integration team. Heis a former member of the Board of Directors of Port Newark Container Terminal (50/50 joint venture company with P&O Ports) and a former Director of the American Protection & Indemnity Mutual Association (one of thirteen marine insurers covering 95% of the blue water tonnage world-wide).Before becoming Executive Vice President, he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of P&O Nedlloyd, North American where he led the negotiations to acquire a U.S. Flag carrier serving the Mediterranean and Middle Eastern markets, and also led thenegotiations to acquire a third party logistics provider in an asset acquisition and consolidated it into P&O Nedlloyd Logistics’ East and West Coasts strategic warehouse facilities among other things.

Jerry Huang, Managing Director, Asia OTI

Mr. Huang is the Managing Director for the Asia Pacific region for Summit. He has over 22 years of experience in the logistics industry. Mr. Huang leads and directs operations, sales, marketing and pricing in Asia. Prior to joining Summit, Mr. Huang was employed as Managing Director of Hecny Shipping Limited, a large Asian-based ocean shipping division of The Hecny Group.

Joseph DeSaye, Chief Operating Officer

Joe began his career at FMI in 1980 as an operations supervisor and has worked in almost every capacity of junior and senior management. Joe was an integral part of the development of many of the company's most successful operating platforms for warehousing, trucking, accounting, and human resource functions. From the late 1998 to 2003, Joe moved from operations to act as Chief Financial Officer of the company. He took a short hiatus from FMI after it was purchased by KRG in a leveraged buy-out in 2003 to pursue various personal real-estate opportunities. In 2007, the company sought Joe's return and since then he has accepted the role of Chief Operations Officer for all our domestic operations.

Michael DeSaye, Chief Logistics Officer

Mike joined FMI in 1985 in a sales role and was responsible for much of the company's sales growth in its formative years. In 1994, Mike took responsibility for management of the company's growing fleet operations. He was responsible for the company's first linehaul operation, purchasing and financing its equipment, and establishing standard operating procedures. This division has grown to be one of the largest and most successful divisions of FMI. Mike continues to play an important role in maintaining key customer relationships while also managing the role of Chief Logistics Officer with oversight of the company's local and linehaul trucking operations.

Robert Lee, Managing Director

Mr. Lee has 21 years of experience in the logistics industry. Mr. Lee and Mr. Wu founded Trans-Union Group in 1994, which later changed its name to TUG Logistics, Inc. Prior to founding TUG Logistics, Inc., Mr. Lee held various positions at several different freight forwarding companies.

Mr. Wu has 21 years of experience in the logistics industry. Mr. Wu and Mr. Lee founded Trans-Union Group in 1994, which later changed its name to TUG Logistics, Inc. Prior to founding TUG Logistics, Inc., Mr. Wu held various positions at several different freight forwarding companies.
